Together, we make a great team supporting our school family, welcoming visitors, and making sure each day is full of learning, laughter, and growth.

Our team embodies this philosophy, working tirelessly to foster a love for learning and to support each child's unique journey. Together, we celebrate creativity, curiosity, and the joy of discovery, ensuring that our students not only gain knowledge but also develop a passion for education that lasts a lifetime.

Specials

Specialists Team Our Specials team consists of Joel Villalobos with PE, Rene Olden and Ginger VanOrden with the library, and Tristyn Fleming with Music. Even though we only have each child for an hour a week, we know ALL of the kids. We see the students grow both in our content area and as individuals throughout their five years at Saddle Peak. We aim to foster and expand students’ knowledge of physical fitness, health, music, and reading. Most importantly, we want students to have fun!

Saddle Peak’s behavior interventionists are Megan Simons and Erica Alexander. Our school counselor is Sara Hickok. Speech Team

Welcome to Speech, where communication grows and confidence blooms! Our dedicated team is here to support students in building strong speech and language skills through fun, engaging, and personalized care.
👩💻 Rachel Cuff, our virtual Speech-Language Pathologist, brings warmth and expertise to every session. When she’s not helping students find their voice, she’s soaking up sunshine with her family at the beach or cheering on her two daughters at swimming meets and flag football games.
🏫 Marilyn Ridder, our in-school Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, is a joyful presence in the building. Outside of school, you’ll find her clapping from the sidelines at her sons ninja in training classes and her daughter's gymnastics meets, or adventuring with her Girl Scout troop.
Together, Rachel and Marilyn make speech services feel like a celebration—where every student’s progress is cheered and every voice matters.
Interventionists

Our Intervention Team consists of Linda Page, Monika Oldham, Annette Kanning, and Becky Croghan. We are dedicated to supporting our students through academic support in Reading, Math, and Language Acquisition. Together, our team brings 98 years of combined experience, and we’re passionate about helping each learner grow. My goal is to support the health, safety, and well-being of all our students so they can learn and grow in a healthy environment. I am looking forward to working with you and your children throughout the school year! Recess

The recess team consists of Katie Eder, Jackson Karp, and Nikki Hinkle. We all have a combined 37 years in the district. We are here to ensure all students on the playground are having fun and being safe. We like to see students return inside the same way they came outside- happy and in one piece.

We believe in each student's potential and are passionate about empowering them to reach their goals. Thrive Liaison

Thrive has been serving the Gallatin Valley community for 40 years—and I’ve spent that same amount of time serving in education and social work. As your Thrive Liaison, I’m here to serve as a bridge between your family and the school. If your student needs essentials—like boots, coats, gloves, or socks—or if you’d like help connecting with community resources, please reach out. I’ll do my best to connect you with the support your family needs so your student can thrive.
I also coordinate the CAP Mentoring Program, where I match a caring volunteer with a student for one hour each week. This mentoring relationship is often a life-changing experience, providing encouragement, guidance, and improved connection for students.
School Resource Officer

Hello everyone, I am Chelsey Iglecias one of your school resource officers for the Belgrade School District. I have been with the Belgrade Police Department for three years and have been a school resource officer for one year. My job is to protect both the staff and students, educate students on being safe in school and outside of school, and mentor students. I enjoy interacting with the children and seeing them grow throughout the school year. In my off time, you will find me somewhere outdoors with my dog.
