Thrive Liaison Program
The Thrive Liaison Program supports a strong link between home and school and teams with both parents, school staff, and community members in helping children succeed in school.
This includes the CAP mentoring program which matches students with nurturing community volunteers who provide social and academic support. It also includes parent coaching, parenting classes, connecting families to school and local resources, and helping families and teachers connect.
